PRICING POLICY

Because our specialized services are provided DAILY we charge a daily rate instead of an overnight rate.  Since our guests are able to be picked up seven days a week, you are only charged for the days that your pet is actually here.

Please note that you are always charged for the first day, regardless of drop-off time. (That means even if you drop your pet off at 9 pm in the evening, you will be charged for the entire day because we cannot rent that space to someone else while holding it for your pet’s arrival.)

If you make prior arrangements to pick up your pet before noon on pick-up day then you will only be charged for half a day for that last day. (If you will be picking up your pet after noon, then the pick up day will be charged out as a full day.)

Examples:

Pet is dropped off Friday morning and picked up Saturday night= 2 days.

Pet is dropped off Friday morning and picked up Sunday night= 3 days.

Pet is dropped off Friday morning and picked up Sunday morning between 7am and 9 am= 2 and 1/2 days.

REFUND POLICY

Because we are a boutique facility with very limited space, no cash refunds will be issued regardless of circumstance. In the event that your plans change, you will be issued a credit which may be used by you during the following twelve months.
