Due to limited space (especially on busy Thursday Playcare days!), it’s important to stick closely to your scheduled times. If you need to make any changes, please text Shannon directly. PLEASE NOTE THE POLICY CHANGE REGARDING DOOR CODES: We are no longer willing to give out door codes on the day of departure regardless of drop off time. Your invoice is due on the date listed at the top. Your invoice MUST be paid prior to 8pm on the evening BEFORE you are scheduled to drop off. If the invoice is not paid, your reservation will AUTOMATICALLY cancel at 8 pm and WE WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR PETS. I will not make any exceptions to this rule so please do not ask. It creates so much chaos on our end. We hate to be harsh, but we have no choice. You are responsible for making sure the invoice is paid, and that you have a door code before 8 pm prior to departure day. Thank you for your compliance and understanding.(Required)

PREFERRED FOOD CONTAINERS: We highly recommend using Wilcoxson's Ice Cream buckets (available for just $1 at Gram’s Ice Cream Shop downtown 🍦). These buckets are food-safe, reusable, and perfectly sized for extended stays—two gallons, bigger than what you'll typically find at grocery stores! 🔑 Important Reminder About Unsupervised Access: 🔑 We allow unsupervised facility access for drop-off and pick-up as a special courtesy because we trust you, and we understand how much our clients appreciate this convenience. To ensure everyone's safety and the continued availability of this privilege, please carefully follow these rules: Only you or your spouse/partner may enter our facility, and only one person at a time. If your door code is shared with anyone else—under any circumstances—your unsupervised access privileges will be revoked immediately. When dropping off, please place only your dog inside their enclosure (no beds, blankies, toys, or food). Additionally, all dogs must be taken to potty in the big yard immediately before drop-off, even if they recently went at home. Before leaving, please double-check that both the inside door and the outside gate are securely closed. 🐾 Friendly Reminder for Our Pawsome Regulars: Nothing Inside the Drop-Off Enclosure! 🐾 We know you're already familiar with our policies, but here's a quick, important reminder: Absolutely no items (beds, toys, treats, leashes—nothing!) may go inside the drop-off enclosure with your dog. As you already know, your pup spends only a brief time in the enclosure before moving to their cozy cottage, and items placed inside create serious safety and behavioral risks. We completely understand the instinct to comfort your dog, but after nearly 35 years caring for pets, we know this rule helps prevent guarding issues, anxiety, and unnecessary stress for everyone involved. If items are intentionally placed inside, we will unfortunately have to apply a significant surcharge to your account.
