Q: What makes Playcare exclusive? A: Our program is by invitation only, and every dog is carefully assessed to ensure they’re a great fit for the environment. We maintain a limited number of spots to ensure premium care and attention.
Q: Can my dog join if they’re shy or have special needs? A: Absolutely! We welcome dogs of all energy levels, ages, and needs. Through pack dynamics and expert supervision, even the most timid pups thrive in our program.
Q: What happens if we go on vacation or miss a session? A: Sessions are charged regardless of attendance. The only exception is if your dog is boarding with us on a Playcare day. These sessions will be adjusted on your account at the end of the year.
Q: Are there prerequisites for enrollment? A: Yes, all dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations, and new clients must complete an application and provide vet records for evaluation.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription? A: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds are given for unused sessions. We recommend setting your cancellation date at the end of the sessions for which you have already paid. Please note that re-enrollment is not guaranteed and requires payment of the $99 membership fee with no exceptions.
