What to Expect on Playcare Days
Playcare happens every Thursday, year-round, no matter the weather! Here’s what makes our program truly special and convenient for you and your dog:
- Weather Accommodations: Even in the harsh winters of north-central Montana and the hottest summer days, Playcare thrives. When temperatures are too hot or drop to 40 below, dogs enjoy our expansive indoor facility, with outdoor breaks strictly for bathroom needs. Your pup still gets plenty of exercise and socialization—a critical benefit during the harshest months.
- Rotational Play Groups: On agreeable weather days, dogs rotate between our six beautiful outdoor play yards and indoor rest areas. Groups are carefully selected to ensure compatibility, and all activities are closely monitored for safety and fun.
- Seasonal Activities: From swimming in our summer pool to celebrating with themed parties like our Howliday Pawty at Christmas, an Easter Bone Hunt, and the Thanksgiving Beast Feast, every Playcare day is an adventure!
- Gourmet Treats: Non-GMO organic gourmet treats handcrafted by Shannon add a special touch to Playcare sessions.
- Photo & Video Updates: Stay connected with your dog’s Playcare day through videos and photos posted in our private Facebook group. Enrollment in this group is mandatory, as it’s where we share important announcements and updates. For non-social media users, creating an anonymous profile is an option, but checking the group regularly is required.
- Social Media Fun: Catch highlights of your dog’s adventures on our TikTok and Facebook pages for even more smiles!
Playcare isn’t just a day of play—it’s a vibrant, enriching experience that keeps your dog happy, healthy, and social, no matter the season. Every Thursday, your dog will enjoy:
- Morning drop-off between 7 and 9 am at our designated kennel facility.
- A day filled with social play, enrichment activities, and rest.
- Organic treats and homemade bone broth for added care and nutrition.
- Pick-up from 2:30 to 5:30 pm, leaving you with a happy, fulfilled pup.
