PLEASE NOTE THE POLICY CHANGE REGARDING DOOR CODES: We are no longer willing to give out door codes on the day of departure regardless of drop off time. Your invoice is due on the date listed at the top. Your invoice MUST be paid prior to 8pm on the evening BEFORE you are scheduled to drop off. If the invoice is not paid, your reservation will AUTOMATICALLY cancel at 8 pm and WE WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR PETS. I will not make any exceptions to this rule so please do not ask. It creates so much chaos on our end. We hate to be harsh, but we have no choice. You are responsible for making sure the invoice is paid, and that you have a door code before 8 pm prior to departure day. Thank you for your compliance and understanding.(Required)

We understand that some dogs may have difficulty eating when their owners are away, so we always have a selection of free-range chicken, grass-fed beef, lamb, wild-caught cod and salmon, as well as a variety of organic dog-friendly fruits and vegetables to encourage their appetite.(Required)

FEEDING INSTRUCTION: Unless you are portioning your dog's food into Ziplock bags, kindly provide the feeding amounts and instructions for each pet below. Additionally, please write out the instructions and INCLUDE them with their food during drop-off. Auntie Shannon wants to ensure each pet is properly cared for and cannot remember individual instructions. If you prefer to use Ziplock bags, that works great too! Just indicate the MEAL and the dog's name if you have multiple pets. We will return the bags so they can be reused. Thank you for your cooperation!(Required)

NEW & IMPORTANT: FOOD CONTAINERS: Please bring ONLY enough food for your dog's visit, along with a few extra meals as a precaution. However, we kindly request that you AVOID bringing your dog's 10+ pound plastic food container! These containers are heavy and take up excessive space, making it difficult for Auntie Shannon to handle. Instead, we recommend using Wilcoxin's Ice Cream buckets, available for $1 each at Gram's Ice Cream Shop downtown. These buckets are food-safe, the perfect size for extended stays (these are TWO gallon, bigger than what you can find in the grocery store), and reusable. They are also ideal for those who portion their dog's food (which we greatly appreciate!). Additionally, they can accommodate a couple of toys, a leash, etc. Very handy!.(Required)

I plan to be a rebel because I hate rules and am going to bring a 200 pound container of dog food.

I will comply to make things a bit easier for Auntie Shannon so she can spend more time spoiling my dog.

ANYTHING NEEDING REFRIGERATION: Please place any items that require refrigeration (such as food or injectables) directly into the fridge located in the drop-off area. Ensure that the power strip for the fridge is turned on!!! It is recommended to use Ziplock bags instead of hard-sided containers, as the fridge has limited space. Thank you!

REMINDER ABOUT CHEW TOYS: Chew Toys: Your pet's safety is our top priority during their stay with us. To ensure there are no choking hazards, we kindly request that you do not bring hard plastic chew toys, antlers, rawhide chews, or real bones. These items will not be given to your pet for safety reasons. However, non-rawhide chews, as well as Kong toys and treats, are perfectly acceptable options. PAYMENT TERMS HAVE CHANGED : Your boarding invoice must be paid within three days of receipt in order to hold your boarding reservation and to avoid a late payment fee.**If your invoice has not been paid by 8 pm on the evening PRIOR to your departure date, your reservation will be cancelled. No exceptions will be made.(Required)

We allow our clients unsupervised access to our facility for drop off and pick up because we trust you, and we know how much this service is valued. Here is a quick recap of the rules: only you or your spouse/partner is allowed inside, and only one person at a time. If you give your door code to ANYONE else to drop off or pick up the dog, regardless of circumstances, you will lose your unsupervised privileges. Place ONLY the dog inside of the enclosure: no beds, blankies, toys, or food go inside with the dog. ALL dogs need to pottied in the big yard prior to drop off, even if they just went at home. Please make sure the door is securely closed and gate outside is closed as well. Please remember that for safety reasons you are being recorded on video both outside and inside as well.(Required)
