DROP-OFF & PICK-UP POLICIES

DROP OFF PROCEDURES ✔️ Collars & Gear: Dogs may be dropped off wearing a nylon or leather collar or no collar at all. Choke collars, flea collars, or any training collars must be removed before drop-off. ✔️ Feeding Policy: Dogs are not fed during Playcare sessions, as we provide treats throughout the day. We strongly encourage owners to avoid feeding their dogs on the morning of Playcare. ✔️ Personal Items: 🚫 Do not bring your dog’s dishes, food, or toys. 🚫 Do not place any food or toys inside the enclosure at drop-off. ✔️ Leashes: PLEASE take your leash with you after drop-off. 📌 Failure to follow these guidelines may result in refusal of service.(Required)

HEALTH & SANITATION POLICY To avoid being charged a significant sanitation fee, you must notify Shannon before bringing your dog to Playcare if ANY signs of illness have occurred. Yes, now that I have your attention… WE NEED TO KNOW if your dog has been sick before bringing them to Playcare! PAYMENT & BILLING You will be sent a link to sign up for the recurring invoice, which will indicate the number of Playcare days included in your package. VETERINARY PREFERENCE & EMERGENCY CARE AUTHORIZATION

MEDICATION & TREATMENT AUTHORIZATION Luxury Unleashed LLC does not administer medication during Playcare sessions. If your dog requires medication, please ensure it is given before or after Playcare. In the event of a medical emergency or health concern while your pet is in our care, Luxury Unleashed LLC is authorized to seek veterinary treatment at the owner's sole expense. This may include, but is not limited to, emergency care, diagnostic procedures, or medical treatment as deemed necessary by a licensed veterinarian. ✔️ Luxury Unleashed LLC will seek medical care without prior owner contact. By signing below, the owner fully authorizes Luxury Unleashed LLC to obtain veterinary care as needed, and the owner agrees to cover all associated costs. 📌 Please confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.(Required)
